If your abs aren't on fire from yesterday's workout, then you didn't HIIT it hard enough! H.I.I.T. stands for High Intensity Interval Training, so make sure you are giving your all-out-effort, ballz-to-de-wall during every H.I.I.T. workout!
Day 2 WOD Instructions:
You are going to do move #1 for 4 rounds = 4 minutes, before moving on to move #2 [that you will do for 4 rounds = 4 minutes], and then you will finish with move #3....which you will do for 4 rounds = 4 minutes. At that point you've achieved your 12 minutes for the day! If you dare, the fourth move is your "bonus move" [try to do it for 4 rounds = 4 minutes]. AND THEN!....we have the additional bonus round....give it a shot....remember, nothing is impossible - mind over matter baby!
